Cable: WERO Thunderbolt 5 cable (Intel officially certified). Do not replace it with a non-officially certified cable (⚠️ Note: All cables claiming to have “certified chips” are fake certified cables)! This will affect stability.
Active Cooling: Temperature-controlled fan. During power-on self-test (POST), the fan runs at full speed for 5-10 seconds and then stops. It remains off when the temperature is below 45°C, starts running at low speed when the temperature reaches 45°C, and runs at full speed when the temperature exceeds 60°C. Stepless speed regulation is implemented based on temperature changes in between. The fan is equipped with an independent switch and can be turned off when not needed!

⚠️ Important Notes
1.Thunderbolt 5 requires Windows 11 24H2 or later for stable operation.
2.For Windows 10 Thunderbolt 4 PCs, update to Windows 11 24H2 or later for optimal stability.
3.For Windows PCs with Thunderbolt 3 JHL7540 controller (incompatible with this product): Most issues are fixable via official Thunderbolt firmware updates; a few devices with no updates remain incompatible (no solutions).
4.Most Windows PCs with Thunderbolt 3 JHL6540 controller don’t support this product—launched nearly 10 years ago, official firmware updates are unavailable for most.
5.Some phones and tablets support the expansion functions, but not the internal SSD—expansion performance is also limited by the device’s own capabilities.
